Influencing and Affectability of Millennial Employees' Work Preferences in Governmental Organizations Using Dematel Approach

هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر شناسایی و اولویت‌بندی تأثیرپذیری تأثیرگذاری ترجیحات کاری کارکنان نسل هزاره در سازمان‌های دولتی استان آذربایجان غربی بوده از نظر کاربردی است.طراحی/ روش‌شناسی/ رویکرد: این لحاظ نوع‌شناسی زمره پژوهش‌های آمیخته با رویکرد کیفی کمی پارادایم قیاسی-استقرایی است. بخش روش تحلیل محتوای دیمتل برای بررسی عوامل استفاده شده جامعه آماری اساتید مدیریتی بودند که توجه به پژوهش، نمونه‌گیری صورت هدفمند تکنیک گلوله برفی تعداد 17 نفر انجام شد. مدیران میانی ارشد بهره‌گیری غیراحتمالی دسترس 34 مشارکت کردند. کیفی، داده‌های به‌دست آمده مصاحبه‌ها منجر استخراج 14 عامل شد.یافته‌های پژوهش: بر اساس عقد قراردادهای نامتعارف کاری، تنوع جبران خدمات شایسته‌محور بیشترین امنیت شغلی، ارتقاپذیری قرار گرفتن مسیر شغلی حرفه‌محور بین را دارند تناسب شغل شاغل، تعاملات استراتژیک پراهمیت‌ترین هستند.محدودیت‌ها پیامدها: عدم امکان تعمیم‌پذیری نتایج همه جوامع، ابزار مصاحبه پرسشنامه سنجش، میزان صداقت مشارکت‌کنندگان پاسخ سؤالات جمله محدودیت‌های فعلی است.پیامدهای عملی: تفاوت‌هایی سایر نسل‌ها انتظارات خاصی محقق شدن سازمان فعالیت خود ادامه خواهند داد. بنابراین جذب حفظ شایسته می‌شود.ابتکار یا ارزش مقاله: حوزه نوآوری‌هایی داشته درک اهمیت کمک خواهد کرد.نوع پژوهشی
